Booth Partners, based at Nowra on the South Coast of NSW, is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team. We are proud to be the longest standing accounting firm in the area. Over the many successful years of delivering excellent results to our clients, we are now one of the area’s largest Accounting firms with a varied and interesting client base.
About the Position:
This is an entry-level position with a wide variety of duties such as:
- Preparing various forms of correspondence;
- Scanning, filing, and general office administration duties;
- Providing administrative support to accounting staff;
- Welcoming clients and providing friendly, personalised customer service;
- Professionally answering the telephone, dealing with queries and directing calls.
Best fit for Booth Partners:
- Have a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Be undertaking, or have undertaken a course in office administration – (if so, please attach an academic transcript with your application)
- Have some experience in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word;
- Have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a team environment.
