Roles & Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a diverse portfolio of high-value and complex Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines claims from initiation to resolution.
• Collaborate with external service providers, including the External Legal Panel, to facilitate claims resolution.
• Maintain accurate claim reserves in accordance with established guidelines and practices.
• Contribute to the enhancement of the team's market profile by delivering superior claims service tailored to our targeted market segments.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing Professional Indemnity and Financial Lines Claims.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and support Claims Officers in technical claims roles.
• Legal background preferred, though not essential.
