The role and what we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our established claims team in City West. Previous claims experience is highly desirable.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- · Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries;
- · Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end;
- · Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files;
- · Determining liability and communicating outcome; and
- · Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
