AddressAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Officer to join our highly respected and innovative Insurance Broking business.
Working as part of a team and under the supervision of the department manager, you will use your experience, knowledge and skills to provide a superior claims service for our clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Day to day management of a claims portfolio from lodgement through to settlement
- Assisting clients with enquiries
- Working as part of a team to reach quotas and targets
- Liaising with underwriters, assessors, repairers and other interested parties
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records of claims and their status
You will have:
- Previous claims experience preferred but not essential
- Tier 2 Insurance Broking Qualifications or willingness to obtain
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer focus
- Advanced skills in Microsoft suite of applications and knowledge of insurance software CBS is highly regarded
