We provide 132 local government entities with worker’s compensation insurance solutions, safety and wellbeing services and are trusted as their workforce risk and wellbeing experts for their 38,000 workers.
The opportunity
This is an entry-level position, suited to recent school leavers or graduates, that has the potential for further career development. This role will see you provide proactive and efficient assistance to our claims operations to deliver on-time, accurate claims processing activities in accordance with policies, procedures and regulations, while providing excellent service to all stakeholders.
Your story
A confident and well-organised communicator, you exhibit initiative and proficiency in using technology and Microsoft products. Your attention to detail is a vital asset in this role, and you understand the importance of excellent customer service.
Experience with Figtree and Excel will be highly regarded.
