Aury Australia is a global equipment supplier to the mineral processing industry. Aury Australia specialises in and supplies a complete range of high-quality vibrating screens, Centrifuges & Consumable products for the mining and mineral processing industries.

Due to experiencing significant growth in our WA operations and being recently awarded contract within the WA mining industry, Aury Australia are seeking an Account & Relationship Manager to work closely with the Aury Australia sales team and as an embedded resource within the clients team.

The Account & Relationship Manager will be responsible for the overall success and execution of our clients’ contract including building strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies and plans for our clients equipment.

The role will be based in Perth and will require occasional planned and ad-hoc travel within Western Australia to meet the needs of our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work both with Aury’s sales team and as an embedded resource weekly at our clients’ offices in the CBD/airport location in WA.
  • The role will require site trips to the Pilbara and Karratha every 12 weeks and interim visits, including ad hoc site trips to achieve business goals, for both Aury and our clients’ requirements.
  • The role will lead and maintain strong positive relationships to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives with our client both onsite and CBD based stake holders.
  • Manage existing account, focusing on growth and profitability, while directing strategic initiatives for customer-specific services.
  • Effective planning and management of the full sales business process is a necessity to plan and execute strategies through detailed forecasting and promotional planning and profit management.
  • Meet regularly with your customer group decision makers to develop a strong understanding of Aury’s position within their business, the market and competitive situation. 
  • Engagement of stakeholders to develop maintenance strategies, create work orders, maintain our clients stock levels, advise on continuous improvements within the business for our client.
  • Deliver clear responses to all stakeholders, maintaining Aury’s core business values.
  • Collaborate and work with various departments, suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient project scheduling and execution. 
  • Coordinate with administration to avoid overlaps and maintain smooth operations with our clients’ sites to ensure minimal down time of their equipment.

Background & Experience:

  • Significant experience in vibrating screens and associated equipment, preferably including manufacturing, maintenance, and sales.
  • Ability to develop strong and lasting customer relationships to become a trusted advisor and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Financial understanding.
  • Clear, strong communication skills that you adapt to audiences at all levels.
  • Targeting relevant prospects within our clients’ sites for service, maintenance, and parts sales.
