Job Description:
As an Insurance Claims Specialist, you'll be responsible for efficiently managing and processing insurance claims. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience as a claims handler, who knows their way around insurance policies and procedures. You will work closely with clients, assessors, and other stakeholders to make sure the claims process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and investigate insurance claims, making sure everything is accurate and follows company policies.
- Keep in touch with clients to get all the necessary info and keep them updated on their claim status.
- Team up with assessors and other relevant folks to assess damages and figure out if claims are valid.
- Process claims like a pro, following company guidelines and all the rules and regs.
- Keep detailed records of claims activities and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Provide top-notch customer service, dealing with inquiries and concerns like a champ.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an insurance claims handler.
- Solid knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Detail-oriented with awesome problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with computer stuff, including Excel
