AddressMars Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speciality Claims Manager to join a leading organisation within the Financial Service's industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value, complex Speciality claims, including Professional Indemnity, Injury, and Property Liability claims. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external Legal teams to drive positive outcomes and ensure claims are resolved efficiently and fairly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of complex and high-value claims, providing expert advice and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal legal teams and external experts to manage legal issues and litigation.
- Drive claims to timely and positive resolutions, minimising legal costs.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the claims team.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, or Insurance (mandatory).
- 5-10 years' experience managing complex Professional Indemnity or Liability Claims (mandatory).
- Litigation experience at a senior level (mandatory).
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
- Change management experience.
