Claims Specialist

Join a successful local brokerage in Perth in claims supporting a team of successful brokers.Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of brokered claims primarily across motor, plant and machinery, strata, business pack and ISR from inception to finalisation with autonomy and efficiency
• Provide information and responses in a timely manner to all stakeholders involved (eg; underwriter, claimant, solicitors, loss adjusters etc.)
• Raise all claim payments in a timely and accurate manner on system
• Ensuring and crafting responsive, decisive and strategic correspondence to insurers and/or third parties

About you:

• Previous claims experience, across business pack, motor, plant and machinery
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and third parties
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Passionate about claims advocacy and be familiar with policy triggers and exclusions
