Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Class Scheduling Specialist (Operations) to join Student Administration, Student Services and Wellbeing, Administrative Division.
The Class Scheduling Specialist (Operations) will have a key role in the delivery of scheduling and booking services that support the efficient and effective use of teaching space and other facilities. The Class Scheduling Specialist (Operations) team play an important role in the Class Scheduling and allocation processes.

Student Administration makes a key contribution to the delivery of student services that span the student lifecycle: admission, enrolment, billing and invoicing, timetable management and class registration, examinations, results, records management, progression and graduation..
What you need to succeed
1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree, with subsequent relevant experience
2. Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team, proactively plan and manage workload within competing priorities to achieve agreed outcomes.
3. Demonstrated ability to display initiative, contribute new ideas, evaluate current systems and processes and contribute to ongoing improvements in the provision of services.
4. Demonstrated interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate, develop strong working relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse client and stakeholder group across a range of mediums.
5. Demonstrated digital literacy including the ability to use a large corporate computer system to input, access, extract and interpret data, as well as experience in using spreadsheets and other software applications
