About the Role
As a Specialist Scheduler you are responsible for developing, maintaining and communicating maintenance work plans for our front-line teams to safely execute.
Success in the role is enabled through leveraging work management processes and systems to manage a rolling 12-week maintenance plan, integrating with production requirements.
Reporting to the Superintendent Planning, Scheduling and Asset Health, your key deliverables will include:
- Scheduling of agreed planned work in accordance with the 1SAP work management processes.
- Delivering a high volume of optimised maintenance plans for Fixed Plant equipment.
- Monitoring, controlling and improving weekly work management processes.
- Improving master data to support maintenance strategy accuracy.
- Implementing automation to improve scheduling efficiency.
- Identify and implement actions that will improve the Scheduling of maintenance work.
- Identify opportunities to share resources across departments and sites within an asset to ensure that plans are optimised, maximising the capacity available across the site and asset.
About You
As a successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning and scheduling processes and or logistics and coordination.
- Build cross functional relationships with other areas to support the delivery of maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills to facilitate collaboration with peers and stakeholders to problem solve and drive business outcomes.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- The ability to manage and drive performance in a peer group.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Values simplification and improving processes and systems.
- Familiar with SAP/1SAP or similar ERP system will deem as advantageous.
Location and Roster
This role will be Brisbane office base with some site travel as require. You will be working Monday-Friday roster.
