Baringa State Secondary College is located in the emerging Aura Community (Caloundra South) on the Sunshine Coast and looking for multiple permanent Cleaners to join their remarkable team as soon as possible. About Baringa State Secondary College:
Our college opened in 2021, on approximately 22 acres and consists of five three storey buildings and 6 two storey buildings, all with louvre window systems and a variety of flooring and joinery finishes throughout. We team clean to a high standard to keep our college hygienic for everyone and looking new.
Note, our team work a split-shift and once a week work a late shift to complete specified cleaning tasks as a team and accrue our Accumulated Days Off for the school holiday periods.
If you feel you are ready for a new challenge and would like to be part of our team, there are 236 permanent hours available. Allocation of these hours will depend on the successful candidates and their desired work hours.
Role:
There are 7 vacancies; Permanent Part-time and Full-Time:
- 6 x 38 hours per week (full time) positions
- 1 x 8 hours per week (part-time) position
As the Cleaner, you will:
- Contribute to the efficient and effective operation and environment of the site by providing a high level of cleaning support.
- Ensure that the duties prescribed for the position are completed to an acceptable standard as determined by their supervisor, in accordance with the approved school cleaning program.
The Cleaner reports to the school Principal or nominated delegate. In a non-school location the cleaner reports directly to the Site Manager.
