About the Role
The role of a school cleaner is integral to maintaining a safe, hygienic, and conducive learning environment for students and staff. Additionally, their work contributes to the overall appearance and reputation of the school, fostering a sense of pride and professionalism among the school community. School cleaners play a vital behind-the-scenes role, allowing the school to focus on their primary task of educating students without distraction. Their dedication and attention to detail contribute significantly to the wellbeing and success of everyone within the school environment.
Work Requirements- A strong demonstrated commitment to the objectives, vision, and ethos of Catholic Education
- Capacity to understand and implement Duty of Care and Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Hold a current Working With Children Blue Card or be eligible to apply
- Promote child safety at all times as per policy and procedures
- Current drivers licence
