SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity to provide leadership and operational management of cleaning sites across our South Australia and NT sites as a Client Service Manager, employed on a Full time basis. This position is based out of Adelaide - our head office is based in Marleston we have sites located all over South Australia and Northern Territory.
This challenging and exciting role will see you provide leadership to oversee the day to day operations of our South Australia and Northern Territory sites and maintain client relationships.
The Position:
- Resolve customer complaints and employee concerns
- Oversee day to day operations at the various sites
- Manage and lead a dedicated cleaning team
- Ensure employees adhere to health and safety practices
- Perform administrative functions, including incident reporting
- Requires self motivation and integrity to work autonomously
- Delivery of excellent customer service and positive communication to all customers
- Ensure cost effective management of the contracts

- Management or supervisory experience within the cleaning industry is highly desirable
- Valid unrestricted driver's licence and clear police check dated within 3 months
- Self motivated and resourceful, with proven to ability to multi-task and operate successfully under tight demands
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent understanding of cleaning chemical use and MSDS
- Demonstrated experience in managing workplace health & safety matters
- Self motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
- A natural at providing excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
