In this role you will, manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their service requirements are met by conducting regular site audits. Addtionally responsibilities will include;
- Complete contract management of portfolios within a geographical area.
- First point of contact for any complaints or escalations.
- Conduct regular ‘on the job’ training with personnel
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Review services with existing clients and identify any gaps in servicing we may be able to fill.
Successful candidate must have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in Account Management or similar client facing role.
- Relevant industry experience would be advantageous
- Intermediate Skills in Microsoft-Suite
- Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
- Willingness to commute to remote client sites when required.
