ISS is thrilled to announce openings for Security Guards join our expanding team due to exciting growth in our global organisation.We are seeking Security Guard Supervisor to join our ISS Security team in multiple locations across Brisbane, employed on a Full Time basis.What You'll Be Doing:

• Patrol industrial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances, ensuring safety and security at all times
• Monitor and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises
• Collaborate with emergency services, ensuring a swift and coordinated response in times of need
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property, creating a safe and welcoming environment
• Efficiently manage vehicle movements both inwards and outwards, maintaining traffic flow and security
• Run reports and liaise with key account managers
• Rostering shifts for a four-on-four-off rotational shift

Minimum Criteria:

• Previous experience in Security Guarding
• Previous experience as a supervisor
• Previous experience in rostering shifts
• Hold a valid Queensland Security Licence
• Have a clean criminal record
• Ability to work alone and in a team environment
• Display excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Be trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
• Display common sense & initiative
