The Role
As the Site Supervisor of a Major Contract, you will be responsible for managing a medium team of building supervisors and support approximately 100 staff that have a clear focus on delivering excellence in cleaning services
We are looking for demonstrated capability across
Leading a safety culture mindset and performance outcomes
Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships within our business and clients
Monitoring and responding to additional work requirements
Gaining an extent knowledge of a large facilities portfolio
Building a staff network that can support a fast-paced and quality outcome
Manage a team that manages end-to-end delivery project outcomes.
On-time and on-budget outcomes when managing capital works contracts
Enabling performance through continuous improvement and innovation
The Person
Experience in the Cleaning Services Industry
Strong communication and personal skills are well suited to building - relationships with staff and clients.
Strong and decisive leadership skills with the ability to build and manage effective and engaged teams.
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholder relationships and extra job deadlines with competing priorities and limited resources.
Confident in presenting solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to client representatives.
Proficient in MS Office (preferable)
Essentials
You must have cleaning services experience.
Hold a current and valid Australian driver’s license.
Permanent unrestricted work rights in Australia.
Must provide national Police Check.
