People & Culture Manager

Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for a new People & Culture Manager to join our growing team on a fulltime, ongoing basis.
Reporting directly to General Manager People & Culture, the People & Culture Manager is responsible for leading a team, developing and implementing a strategic workforce approach to promote a positive culture, driving employee engagement initiatives and managing the day to day operational requirements of the People & Culture function.
We are looking for:
- A confident leader with a proven record of establishing positive relationships across all levels of the organisation
- An experienced HR professional with strong industrial/employee relations, organisational development and staff well-being skills
- An outstanding communicator, experienced in stakeholder management and workforce engagement
- A motivated change agent who can deliver innovative and contemporary human resources strategies
Ideal candidates will have:
- A Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or a business related discipline
- Extensive experience leading a team of HR specialists/generalists in a human resource management role at a senior level
- Proven knowledge of relevant legislation and EBAs, policies and contemporary practice
- Extensive experience and skills in human resources strategic planning and delivery
