Cleaning Supervisor

Joss Facility Management a leading provider of cleaning services throughout regional NSW, and is seeking a skilled & experienced individual to join us as Cleaning Supervisor on a full time basis, covering Orange and the surrounding region.

Main duties of the role are to:

• Supervise and lead a team of cleaners, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and tools.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.
• Responding to general, periodical, preventative and emergency cleaning incidents.

Applicants will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high cleaning standards.
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in a proactive manner.

The successful applicant must obtain a Working with Children Check prior to commencement and will be required to obtain and maintain a Joss funded National Police check clearance.  A car will be provided to the successful applicant to ensure that they can complete their duties.

Given the geographical location of our work, overnight travel may be required.
