Cleaning & Waste Supervisor

About the Role: This rewarding, hands-on role will draw on your organisational and people management skills to deliver high quality audited outcomes and exceptional customer service within set time frames. You will showcase strong time management skills to be able to monitor outcomes whilst working alongside your team providing direction and support. This role ensures the efficient and safe management of cleaning services for staff, patients, and visitors.

Comprehensive in-house training will be provided.

Available roster: Monday - Friday, 9:30am – 17:36

To be successful in this role, you will hold the following experience and attributes:

• Strong people skills and the ability to positively drive team culture
• Basic working knowledge of the MS suite of products
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• The ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• Previous Cleaning & Waste experience
