About the role

We warmly welcome applications from enthusiastic and experienced individuals who are eager to join our dedicated Yandilla team. This permanent part-time position offers an immediate start, encompassing 8-hour shifts (0800 to 1630) and 4-hour shifts (1615 to 2015) across a seven-day roster, 44 hours per fortnight and is a permanent ongoing position.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in our team, undertaking a diverse range of general clerical duties. These responsibilities include managing reception for Yandilla, preparing patient medical records, and facilitating communication with Health Information Services and Admissions.

Skills and experience

Essential

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Strong computer skills
  • Highly developed administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to appropriately prioritise workload and work within tight time frames
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)

Desirable:

  • Certificate in medical terminology or previous medical terminology training
  • Qualification in business or office administration
  • Previous employment in medical related field and/or customer service experience
  • Previous experience in iPM
