Salary - Clerk Grade 3/4 ($79,032- $86,539) + Super + Leave Loading
The role
Located in the courts, the Senior Client Services Officers will provide complex administrative services to meet statutory obligations and delivers high quality and professional services to clients. The role supervises staff and provides 'hands-on' training and guidance.
The role may require you to supervise a small team and effectively allocate resources to meet the Department's requirements. The role may be required to perform some quasi-judicial and procedural functions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing complex and high-quality administrative services within a court location
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external clients
- Preparing accurate court orders, reports and correspondence
- Supervising, guiding, training and providing support to a team
- Effectively allocating resources to achieve daily goals
- Managing complex inquiries and provide procedural assistance to clients and staff including researching, interpreting legislation, policy and court procedures
The successful candidates will have the following characteristics:
