AddressGen Physio is a multi-disciplinary Allied Health provider, supporting our clients across Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics and Podiatry. Our Clinicians deliver these services in Queensland and Melbourne; across a variety of settings including in-home, schools, parks, pools and more!
We are excited to find the newest member of our Support office team as a Client Accounts Coordinator on a permanent part-time basis. This role will be required to work Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at our new Bundall head office location. If you have a passion for providing incredible service to our Allied Health clients and supporting our team of mobile Clinicians, we are keen to meet you and talk more about this opportunity.
A little peek into what the day-to-day of this role looks like:
- Keeping up to date with daily billing
- Communicate with clients, clinicians and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- Daily remittances
- Accounts inbox management
- Debtor management
- Have had prior experience working in Accounts
- Have a high level of attention to detail and can manage billing with a high degree of accuracy
- Love communicating with a wide range of people in a day
- Have patience and a friendly approach to our clients
- Can be super organised and handle a fast-paced environment
- Have previous experience in allied health or working with NDIS pricing (nice to have but not essential)
