Role Overview:
As a Dental Client Liaison Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their dental needs and preferences.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively promote our dental services and treatment plans to prospective clients, effectively closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate client appointments and follow-up procedures, ensuring efficient scheduling and maximising clinic capacity.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalised assistance and support to clients throughout their dental journey, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness and attracting new clients.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, process payments, and assist with administrative duties as required.
