The Firm Business Advisors & Accountants are seeking a dedicated, positive and attentive Client Services Coordinator to join our small team on a full-time basis.
Our Client Services Coordinator will provide operational support across the business with the focus on reception, customer support and general administration duties.
The right person for this role will be IT savvy, have a warm and friendly demeaner, able to go above and beyond to provide a good client experience and ensure their expectations are met, have strong oral and written communications skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all members of our team.
A high attention to detail, adherence to privacy and confidentiality and the ability to problem-solve and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
Primary role:
- Reception duties including incoming calls and client meet and greet.
- Corporate register duties using CAS360 and ensuring client corporate files are kept up to date as per ASIC requirements.
- Providing support to our wide and varied clients
- Document processing and maintenance of internal databases.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling client appointments and control of internal staff calendars
- Workflow of individual’s tax returns.
- General administrative duties
- Providing administration support to the accounting team.
Skills and experience:
The right person for this role will be:
- Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of MS office.
- A high priority approach to customer service.
- A great communicator who enjoys liaising with customers.
- The ability to work collaboratively with all members of our team.
- A high attention to detail with adherence to privacy and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Be able to adapt to new software, maintain database, capture data and main data integrity.
- Ability to multi-task and with excellent time management to meet established deadlines.
- Professional presentation and positive attitude.

The role is based full-time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:00pm at our office in Tewantin and is available for animmediate start.
