Who is the perfect candidate?
We are looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills to be the face of this unique organisation! You will be able to multitask, work under pressure and collaboratively with team members.
Tasks will be broad and will include:
- Provide reception duties to their client base;
- Managing meeting room bookings including setting up rooms and assisting with meeting requests;
- Management of social media accounts;
- Answering phones, emails, and all correspondence in a professional and timely manner;
- Providing administration services to members; and
- Maintain solid working relationships with client stakeholders.
