AddressLocated just 10 mins north of Perth CBD, Close to the train station and car parking our clients are a highly successful accounting practice with 5 partners and 40 staff offering services within Tax and Business advisory, SMSF, Bookkeeping to a wide range of clients from across Western Australia.
Due to an increase in clients and the continued growth of the practice the Partners would now like to add to their already successful admin team with the addition of an experienced Administrator on a full time basis.
The vacancy:
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- data entry
- First point of contact with Clients
- Collecting the mail
- Drafting letters
- Uploading documents to the ATO portal
- ASIC reporting
- General administration support to the Accountants
- Full time hours
To Apply:
- Ideally have administration experience within an accounting or financial planning practice or Law firm.
- Good communication skills
- Be able to work in a small team
- Good I.T knowledge
In return:
- Salary of up to $72,500 + Super
- Flexi hours can be offered each alternative month
- Full time hours of 8.30am till 5pm, Monday to Friday
