Key Responsibilities:
✅ Booking new client conferences and securing satellite office bookings promptly.
✅ Confirming next-day client conferences to ensure seamless attendance.
✅ Handling new client enquiries via phone and live chat, directing viable ones to Enquiry Solicitors.
✅ Assisting clients with appointment rescheduling efficiently.
✅ Monitoring the Client Care inbox for new leads and ensuring compliance with procedures.
✅ Maintaining effective communication by promptly returning calls and emails.
✅ Initiating NPS surveys and Google review requests as per schedule.
✅ Handling client complaints in accordance with firm policies.
Requirements:
