Prospect Community Village is looking for a dedicated Client Care Officer/Client Care Overnight Officer (must have flexibility to work combination of day/overnight shifts) to join our team.

Excellent verbal and written English.
Previous experience in working with people with Mental Health issues and/or an Intellectual Disability and Aged Care.
The ability to be flexible and to work within roster requirements - please note this may include weekend and overnight work. Applicants must be reliable and punctual.
This casual position is offering 8-10 shifts per fortnight, a combination of day and night shifts, for a suitable applicant (competent in their duties).
Day shifts may be 0700-1500 hours / 1000-1800 /1100-1900
Night Shift may be 1900 to 0700 hours or 1900 hours to 0900 hours or 1600 hours to 0700 hours. Passive hours 2200 to 0600 (if passive hour services required by clients, passive becomes active).
Please note: Medication Certificate is required to enable applicant to be eligible for shifts on offer.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Consistently implement Care Plans and Programs.
Identify needs.
Participate in the provision of service in all aspects of daily living, including Room and Village cleaning.
Progress Noting / Case Noting.
Providing personal care and practical person-centred support to our Residents which is tailored to the needs of our Clients and which may include hygiene maintenance, and transport.
Essential Requirements
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support - Disability or equivalent.
*** Current NDIS Worker Clearance
Current Police Clearance.
Care Worker Medication Management Certificate
Current Senior First Aid and CPR .
Current South Australian Driver’s Licence
Covid 19 (booster) vaccination history
Workers Rights in Australia
Preferred Requirements
Care Worker Medication Management Certification to be obtained on commencement of employment if not already certified.
Manual Handling qualifications
Food Handling qualifications
NDIS Orientation Module
Certificate currency for comprehensive Motor Insurance (if applicable).
The successful applicant will be required to be undertake training if you do not already hold the preferred qualifications.
This role is Casual (SCHADS Award)
