Your Role:

As a crucial member of our team, you will:

  • Coordinate the sale contracts for property transactions, ensuring attention to detail and timely execution whilst managing contract milestones.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and the sales team.
  • Offer exceptional client care throughout the sales process, reinforcing our commitment to building lasting relationships.
  • Liaise professionally with external parties, including solicitors, valuers, and clients, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Manage general office administration, generate reports and assist with project delivery contributing to the efficiency of our operations.
  • Undertake trust account receipting and invoicing.
  • Prepare and provide sales, commissions and operational reports to management.
  • Manage all correspondence between builders and our clients from contract stage to handover.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience in Contracts Administration or demonstrates transferable skills from real estate, the building industry or comparable industries.
  • Is highly organized, with stellar time management and a keen eye for detail.
  • Thrives in a team environment but can also work independently with initiative.
  • Boasts excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
