Established in 2003, Specialist Sales is an innovative company working in the e-commerce space as well as dealing with customers over the phone, via email, and face-to-face. Your computer skills will need to be excellent to fulfill this role. We are focused on exceptional customer service and are looking for the right person to join our administration team.
Your role as Logistics Administration Officer will involve the following duties:
- Administration responsibility for orders that need to be processed and shipped ready for the warehouse to pick & pack.
- Handling all customer and supplier freight inquiries
- Manifesting freight:
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on stock control and stocktakes
- Handling phone and order overflows
- Sales data entry from phone orders, face-to-face sales, and emails
- Setting up new clients/suppliers on the website & accounting software
- General reception duties when required, including greeting customers and, handling general inquiries, answering telephone calls from customers.
