Chanel is now recruiting for a Client Engagement Expert to join our Sydney Boutique to assist in further developing our Client Centric culture.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
The Client Engagement Expert plays a key role in driving the client strategy in the fashion boutique through imbedding an industry-leading Client Engagement and service mindset in the boutiques. You will support the boutique team in providing customized advice on Client Engagement, in order to engage clients to the brand effectively, leveraging on technology and tools whenever possible.
You will support the Boutique Management to champion Client Engagement, so that the team are able to develop long lasting relationships with clients and to ensure that the Brand is perceived as the ultimate Service Destination.
YOU ARE ENERGISED BY
- CEM strategy, client segmentation and objectives of marketing activities and tools, and translating them into boutique operational actions.
- Providing qualitative feedback on customer profiles and behaviors as well as client sentiment towards gifting and marketing activities
- Mentors and guides Fashion Advisors on building relationships with clients using a diverse range of tools and touch points like gifting allocation, spontaneous gestures, in-boutique CEM activities, exclusive services, personalized experiences
- Customer data capture and accuracy (ensuring high level of contactability rate through iPad registration)
