Our client is a well-established software company who provides a niche product for their Global & National corporate clients. This is a fabulous opportunity to move forward in your career, joining their small and dynamic team in a broad position entailing customer onboarding, training, administrative projects and more.
Day-to-day you will engage with clients via email, phone and online meetings, managing their requirements using a consultative and client centric approach. Specific tasks will include:
- Guiding new customers through their onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and productive start using the software
- Developing an understanding of each customers business needs, objective and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of software products, features and capabilities to enable accurate troubleshooting of client issues
- Gathering customer feedback to relay to the product development team to influence product improvement
- Educating customers on best practice and new features, providing training sessions as needed
- Assisting with the administration of client project roll-outs
- Acting as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns and requests
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge of the software sector and/or experience in a similar position within tech is strongly preferred
- Problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple Client Engagements
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Top communication skills both written & verbal
