Job description

Work for one of Australia's leading organisation committed to providing high quality support to individuals living with disability and their families through a range of services. 

You will be responsible for overseeing a program been designed to support and provide high-quality services to young adults within their homes and the community as well as providing hands-on leadership to frontline team to ensure that day-to-day activities are running smoothly. Exciting opportunity to collaborate and create strong connections with various stakeholders across Sydney. 

Client Engagement and Program Coordination:

  • Support clients and families in assessing funding and support needs for program participation, aligning with individualised goals.
  • Regularly engage with clients and families to gather feedback, introduce changes, and monitor program effectiveness in achieving individual goals.
Team Management and Stakeholder Relations:
  • Oversee employee rosters, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing teams, providing supervision and mentoring for quality service delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to promote program and service opportunities.
Financial Oversight and Reporting 
  • Record and monitor service bookings to ensure services are delivered with agreed funding parameters.
  • Collect necessary information for monthly reports, tracking progress against strategic objectives. 
How you will make a difference
  • Relevant qualifications in community and social services or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role within Disability Services.
  • Ability to provide on-call support and reactive to out-of-hours
    service and managing emergencies, enquiries and
    rostering issues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and caring manner.
  • Full working rights and unrestricted NSW Driver’s licence.
  • Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, National Police Check
