Client Management Associate - Bilingual Mandarin (evening shift)
Responsibilities
General Duties:
- Supporting our Mandarin speaking clients with account and platform inquiries
- Executing trades over the phone
- Conduct trade investigations
- Generate trade reports and statistics for clients and management
- Deliver solution-focused service in all aspects of the customer experience
- Adapt to changes in regulations and policies/procedures
- Applicants must be available to work the evening shift from AEST at 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, which will be compensated by additional allowances.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Financial services experience is preferable, especially in FX and CFDs, however on-site training is provided
- Client service experience will be highly advantageous
- A degree or working towards a degree in a relevant field. Exceptional candidates without a degree may still be considered provided they have related skills and experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin is essential
- Applicants must be available to work the night shift, commencing from SYD at 2:30 pm and concluding at 11:00 pm. The compensation package includes a base salary augmented by additional allowances such as night shift and traffic allowances.
