POSITION
Due to growth and the need for future succession planning, the position of Client Manager has been created.
The client portfolio wil include SMEs, HNW clients and SMSFs.
The successful role will be responsible for the following:
- Client relationship management
- Staff management
- Workflow management
- The provision of high quality advisory, consulting and compliance services
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA Qualified
- 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Experience with all entity types including SMSFs
- Ability to manage staff
- Experience with large and complex client groups
- Exceptional client relationship management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Ability to work autonomously
