Reporting to the Senior Client Manager you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring successful delivery of our services.
- Acting as the main point of contact for our clients, you will work closely with them to understand their business objectives and challenges to position our products/services;
- Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction;
- Address and resolve client issues promptly, collaborating with relevant departments to implement solutions;
- Proactively identify potential issues and work to mitigate them before they escalate;
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to align client needs with company offerings;
- Develop strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction;
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue from existing clients;
- Proven Account Management Experience;
- Experience in achieving results in a retail environment;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Exceptional time management skills;
- Strong commercial acumen and problem solving skills;
