Your new company

SITRAK Australia is the operating arm of SINOTRUK, a world leader in the design and production of commercial vehicles, including heavy, medium, light, passenger, and special vehicles. They are the largest heavy-truck exporter in China, ranking among the world's best heavy truck manufacturers, currently sold to over 110 countries. Australia is an emerging market for Sinotruk, who are poised for rapid growth here - since entering the Australian market in 2017, 12 models have passed ADR certification and more than 1,000 heavy truck products have been delivered to their customers. SITRAK is currently expanding, and a number of newly created opportunities are being recruited by Hays to join their business, which is located in Campbellfield.


Your new role

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive fleet sales.
  • Build strong relationships with fleet customers, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the dealership's fleet customer base.
  • Collaborate with the local team to set sales goals and monitor performance against targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the dealership's management.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven 5 years+ experience as a Fleet Sales Manager in the truck fleet industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of heavy-duty trucks or similar light to medium-duty trucks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with fleet customers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in dealer management software and MS Office.
  • Valid VIC driver's license, ideally with or open to obtaining a truck license.
