Client Partner

Period of Appointment12 months.DutiesResponsible for building strong client-based relationships to provide high level, client-focused service, advice, support and coaching to managers (including senior managers) and employees in the management of a broad range of strategic workforce management, recruitment and employment and employee relations matters.As a Client Partner you will support managers in making good people decisions across the employee lifecycles including driving a positive workplace culture and influencing employee relations and workforce behaviours and expectations.Essential RequirementsPre-Employment ChecksThe Head of the State Service has determined that a person nominated for appointment to this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer.
