Period of Appointment12 months.DutiesResponsible for building strong client-based relationships to provide high level, client-focused service, advice, support and coaching to managers (including senior managers) and employees in the management of a broad range of strategic workforce management, recruitment and employment and employee relations matters.As a Client Partner you will support managers in making good people decisions across the employee lifecycles including driving a positive workplace culture and influencing employee relations and workforce behaviours and expectations.Essential RequirementsPre-Employment ChecksThe Head of the State Service has determined that a person nominated for appointment to this position is to satisfy a pre-employment check before taking up the appointment, promotion or transfer. Any relevant serious criminal offence or repeated serious offences over any period, which are not mitigated by additional information, may provide grounds for declining an application for appointment. - Trafficking of narcotic substance;
- False alarm raising.
