Client Relationship Manager

Our client is a highly regarded financial services provider with a skilled team of specialists that are committed to acting in the best interests of their clients. Due to continued growth, a newly created opportunity has arisen for a high calibre candidate to maintain and develop relationships with Not-for-Profit (NFP) clients and Charitable Trusts.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with a portfolio of NFP clients throughout the investment process.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of clients’ preferences, and finding solutions based on product offering.
• Providing clients with regular updates through portfolio reports and quarterly reviews.
• Growing existing investment mandates while assisting Business Development Managers with initiatives.
• Assisting new clients with the onboarding process, including risk and compliance.
• Attending networking and marketing events as required.

Technical Skills & Qualifications required include:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience in financial services.
• Degree qualified (Business/Finance) or similar field with an interest in investment markets.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Highly articulate and superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail.
