Position Overview:
We are seeking a Client ServicesRelationship Manager and an Advice Associate Assistant. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of financial advice to our esteemed clientele. Your responsibilities will include understanding the advice process, preparing advice documents, and collaborating closely with our implementation team, paraplanners, and advice assistant teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with key clients and third-party professionals. Become a point of contact for them to call/email with all administrative tasks and queries.
- Work with your Adviser, the Onboarding Team and Implementation team to onboard Wholesale clients swiftly and accurately.
- Book client meetings and greet clients as they arrive in reception.
- Oversee your existing clients' Statement of Advice (SoA) and Review workflows to ensure timely delivery of documents.
- Ensure enhanced Fee Disclosure Statements (EFDS) and supporting forms are sent to clients and are signed and returned within required timeframes to ensure we are meeting our compliance obligations.
- Liaise with accountants and our outsourced administrators to ensure your clients' Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) remains compliant, and financials are completed in a timely manner. Work with your Adviser to ensure annual minimum pensions are met.
- Quality review of the forms/paperwork produced by our outsourced Administrators for client Reviews and adhoc, to ensure that service standards are maintained. Provide timely feedback and flag areas for further training to your manager, where required.
- Accurate and timely payment of invoices for clients and cash transfer requests.
- Peer review of investment trades and cash transactions within clients' accounts and portfolios.
- Maintain the upkeep of accurate data contained within our CRM.
Qualifications:
- Financial Planning Qualification/ degree in Finance, or related field - highly desirable
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably with a focus on ultra-high net worth clients.
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts and investment strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing advice documents and conducting client meetings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) preferred.
- Must have permanent residency of Australia.
