Qualifications & experience
- Degree or studies in financial planning discipline desirable but not essential.
- Intermediate understanding and knowledge of the financial services industry highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the financial services sector.
- Experience using XPLAN and MS Office software preferred.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact with client queries by telephone, face to face and email.
- Ensure the maintenance and compliance of client files in the XPLAN database.
- Manage administrative functions by prioritising the daily workload and adhering to business workflow protocols. Including the accurate preparation of review, implementation and annual agreement documentation.
- Implement and manage ongoing Pension, Super, Investment and Insurance tasks to fulfilment.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training opportunities.
- Work effectively within your team pod to meet the needs of clients and peers.
