Premier Industrial is in search of experienced recruiters within the temporary recruitment space who thrive on account management, Client Relationships, and candidate management functions, predominantly within blue-collar markets.
- Ability to work autonomously driving your own aggressive sales initiatives, focusing on substantial account expansion. Your role is pivotal in achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- Make Your Mark by driving the growth of your desk within the industrial markets. Build relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure both stakeholders' expectations are met.
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home while also being available for on-site engagements with our clients as needed in the Greater Melbourne region.
