18th March, 2024 As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact when it comes to onboarding new clients with the added responsibility of managing a portfolio of existing clientele. You'll be an exceptional communicator and have the ability to run virtual training to upskill your portfolio on new products whilst providing an exceptional level of service. Primarily a phone-based role with a hybrid WFH structure - within a typical day, you will be speaking with existing clients to ensure that they are up to date to the software offerings, providing training sessions online and winning-back clients who have been inactive to ensure they are utilitising the platform to its full potential.The Role: Onboarding new clients and providing platform demonstration and training.
