About the role
Our client is seeking an intelligent professional, with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain key industry relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing Institutional Client Relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Prioritise and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring client retention and identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate and fulfill all obligations to Institutional Clients
- Collaborate with the Head of Institutional and Investment teams to facilitate effective client updates, pitches, and engagements
- Streamline Institutional Client reporting processes and actively support sales and distribution team initiatives.
- Previous experience in Client Relationship roles
- Strong client focus, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- High integrity and quality standards
- Ability to work well under pressure and take initiative where necessary
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
