About the role
This is a sales role tasked with protecting as many businesses as we can. It is primarily focused on working with small and medium businesses across Australia to help ensure that they get paid and therefore have healthy cash flow – our overall purpose is to improve their financial wellbeing.
We generate a steady stream of inbound leads for you to convert, we have a large database of current clients and an even larger database of data to draw on – you will have no shortage of businesses to talk to!
Your time will mostly be spent on the phone or in online/virtual meetings talking to business owners about how we can help them by integrating our products and services into their operations. You will work with them from making initial contact to nurturing, selling, implementing and ongoing client management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting leads, scheduling, and executing online discovery meetings.
- Identifying suitable solutions.
- Presenting findings to clients and outlining benefits.
- Working with existing clients to ensure their needs are continuing to be met.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
This is a 40 hour per week role based in our Mascot office, working 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. The Mascot train station is just a 10 min walk away. This role has a base salary and a commission component. OTE for this role is $85k in year 1 and has the ability to exceed $100k for a high-performing and driven individual.

About you
You might currently be working in a retail sales role and feel the desire to grow and learn into another industry. Even without sales experience, we can train you if you are a good communicator.
