Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as Junior Client Service & Admin Assistant. This position will be responsible for providing support to our clients & the wider team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisation skills, and the ability to follow up on matters.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about various financial products and services offered by the company.
- Collaborate with the team to research client superfunds.
- Participate in meetings, taking notes, and providing administrative support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, focusing on building, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries, complaints, and complex service issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of financial planning strategies and industry regulations.
- Creating and maintaining client files.
- Scheduling appointments with clients
- Preparing documentation for meetings.
- Handling client calls and emails, responding in a timely manner.
- Processing client orders, such as new company formations, trusts, or self-managed superannuation funds.
- Preparing and lodging application forms with various product providers.
- Liaising with internal teams and colleagues to resolve problems and find solutions.
- Liaising with external third parties.
- Provide general assistance with the processing of all administration tasks.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing the degree).
- A keen interest in the financial industry and a desire to pursue a career as a financial adviser.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
