As a Junior Client Service & Admin Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as Junior Client Service & Admin Assistant. This position will be responsible for providing support to our clients & the wider team. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organisation skills, and the ability to follow up on matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn about various financial products and services offered by the company.
  • Collaborate with the team to research client superfunds.
  • Participate in meetings, taking notes, and providing administrative support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, focusing on building, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for escalated client inquiries, complaints, and complex service issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of financial planning strategies and industry regulations.
  • Creating and maintaining client files.
  • Scheduling appointments with clients
  • Preparing documentation for meetings.
  • Handling client calls and emails, responding in a timely manner.
  • Processing client orders, such as new company formations, trusts, or self-managed superannuation funds.
  • Preparing and lodging application forms with various product providers.
  • Liaising with internal teams and colleagues to resolve problems and find solutions.
  • Liaising with external third parties.
  • Provide general assistance with the processing of all administration tasks.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (or currently pursuing the degree).
  • A keen interest in the financial industry and a desire to pursue a career as a financial adviser.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
