About the Role
As a Client Services Administrator you are the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.
To support our clients, we have a dedicated team of 3 Client Services Administrators. Joining this team, you will work closely with all internal teams, such as the Sales Team, when providing quotes or discussing new projects and the Projects team when it comes time to implement and action those projects. As well as the Service Desk Engineers who are on the front lines supporting our clients with any IT issues.
Some of your key responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Monthly reporting
- General administration
- Manage ticket escalations
- Handle client feedback and surveys
- Build relationships and trust with your clients
- Lead regular meetings with your clients and ensure action items are followed up on and executed.
Client Services Administrators at eNerds ensure our clients have peace of mind when it comes to technology, allowing them to focus on their business. This role has no sales element and is purely focused on client retention and care.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in both administration and customer service. For example, you are currently an Account Manager, Operations Coordinator, Personal Assistant, Recruitment Coordinator, or another similar role.
Some key requirements for the role are:
- Calendar and time management skills
- Complaint escalation and feedback handling
- Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel etc)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and execute task accordingly.
- Client management or customer service experience.
