About the Role:
A very exciting opportunity has opened to join the Synergy team in a Client Service Assistant role. We are seeking a driven individual to join our successful team.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Tax information management, processing and collation
- Lodgement monitoring and management
- Extensive client communications
- Budget, workflow and communication management including planning for same
Key attributes for this role:
- Superior Word and Excel skills
- Accounting program knowledge and understanding
- Excellent time management and team management skills
- Budgets and workflow experience
- Superior team interaction and communication skills
- Exceptional client based relations, forming and maintaining thereof
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 12 months experience within an Accounting firm
- Experience within a similar role
- Strong technical and soft skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
