Client Service Officer / Financial Adviser Assistant

Located centrally in Cairns, our client is a highly regarded financial planning business that provides quality advice to their clientele.

They focus on understanding their client's situations and providing tailored solutions to suit their individual needs.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, this role's primary responsibility is assisting clients and the financial advisory team.

This is a permanent full-time role and your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the provision of advice solutions to a range of clients
• Liaising with clients, fund managers, and other third parties as required
• Preparing paperwork for the construction of the SOA's & ROA's
• Working with clients with SMSF, Super, Risk, Retirement
• Diary management
• Database management
• Other general administrative processes and procedures to assist planners and clients as required

About You

To be considered for this role, you are expected to have a passion for the financial planning industry.

You will also have the following:

• 1+ years experience working as a Client Services Officer
• You are a career Client Service Officer who loves to support a Planner
• Knowledge of Xplan would be an advantage
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional presentation and relationship-building skills.
