The Role
Reporting to the Director, this role's primary responsibility is assisting clients and the financial advisory team.
This is a permanent full-time role and your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the provision of advice solutions to a range of clients
- Liaising with clients, fund managers, and other third parties as required
- Preparing paperwork for the construction of the SOA's & ROA's
- Working with clients with SMSF, Super, Risk, Retirement
- Diary management
- Database management
- Other general administrative processes and procedures to assist planners and clients as required
About You
To be considered for this role, you are expected to have a passion for the financial planning industry.
You will also have the following:
- 1+ years experience working as a Client Services Officer
- You are a career Client Service Officer who loves to support a Planner
- Knowledge of Xplan would be an advantage
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation and relationship-building skills.
